  • 500 g chicken breast or thighs cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt and black pepper to taste

For the Honey Mustard Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Marinating the Chicken

  • Combine honey, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add the chicken cubes and mix to coat thoroughly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Preparing the Sauce

  • Whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Refrigerate until serving.

Cooking the Skewers

  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Grill the skewers for 3–4 minutes on each side until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.

Serving

  • Serve the skewers hot with the honey mustard sauce on the side.
