Ingredients
- 1 pieces ripe avocado
- 150 g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 pieces banana
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey optional, vegan: maple syrup
- 1 tsp emon juice
- 1 - A few mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- - Cut the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Peel the banana and chop it into large chunks.
- - Measure the almond milk and have all other ingredients ready in small bowls.
- - Place the avocado, banana, blueberries, lemon juice, and almond milk into a high-speed blender.
- - Blend the ingredients on high until the smoothie reaches a creamy consistency, about 1–2 minutes.
- - Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if desired to adjust the sweetness. Blend briefly again.
- - Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
